Wont do much at all. Last night was really cosy though.. we ate two great meals, the dessert was gorgeous! I can't describe in words! Really easy to make, and REALLY delicous! So I post the reciepe:</p> <p>GINO:<br> 2 st Bananas<br> 1 box of Strawberries<br> 2 st Kiwis<br> 100 gr grated White Chocolate</p> <p>+ Vanilla Icecream.</p> <p>1. Chop up the fruits and put them in a ovenproof tray.<br> 2. Grate the chocolate over the fruit.<br> 3. Turn the oven on full heat, and leave in until the chocolate had a lovely brown colour (2-3 minutes). DONE!</p> <p>You have to eat it immediately, cause it gets cold pretty quickly. I finally got my old and cosy pub! (thought there's only nightclubs and trashy "pubs" in Swansea.. but no.. oh no! =)<br> Had great fun, and a couple of lively discussions =)</p> <p>Tried to take a picture of myself all dressed up, not a great result..<br> <a href="javascript:window.open(" title="CIMG0214"><img src="http://data5.blog.de/media/388/2906388_ce1150d8b9_m.jpg" alt="CIMG0214" vspace="5" hspace="5"></a></p> <p>Staying in for the night, no alkohol what so ever. I'm cooking tonight, maincourse + dessert. Yum! Beef with some nice potatoes and peppersauce, and Gino for dessert. (It's kiwi, bananas and strawberries with some grated white chocalate on top, in the oven - bang! serve with vanilla icecream! Not used to that scene I must say.<br> Anyway, I feel terrible today.</p> <p>It's getting cold here. (Which some of the girls out last night did'nt notice.. hotpants,latexboots, miniskirts I almost thought it was a dresscode (tacky!). Some of the girls looked MAD!) I really need a winter jacket. I cant wait to start working!<br> I got loads of stuff sorted today, which feels great!<br> Got a postcard from my friend Victoria who's for the moment in Canada as an au pair. Hopefully I get a decent enough job so I can visit her in spring/summer -09.<br> I'm in topform today! J and I went down to the Leisure Center to sign in for the gym. It seems really great, it has a gym, spa, swimmingpool, climbing walls, waterpark and apparently they have indoor surfing!
